Accessibility: Easily accessible (outside of the cemetery wall) - terribly overgrown within the wall and difficult to get around in. When in New Haven, turn onto Midway Drive in the south side of town and go to the end.  Turn Left onto Layne Street, and not far onto Layne, you will see on the left a stone wall.  The cemetery is inside the wall. The street address is approx. 226 Layne St.

Comments: Dates in Red are not inscribed on the tombstone and have either been calculated based on death date or are as a result of research on the individual. 

This cemetery was brought to the attention of WVCPA by a Fry family researcher (different Fry family line) from Ohio, alerting us to the deplorable condition that it was in per April 2009. Local WVCPA volunteers have since visited the cemetery and taken photographs that will be posted on this page as soon as they are delivered. The reading information provided here is from the Fry family researcher, supported by a reading of the cemetery in October 1970 that was published in the "Mason Co., W.Va. Cemetery Inscriptions", Vol. I by Violette Machir.
